Memorandums are flexible in regards to writing different topics. Comparing and contrasting two separate lab reports is most efficient when written using the format of a memorandum. Since this memo is strictly on a professional basis, the introduction to the memo does not include a hook for the reason of enticing the reader into proceeding. Instead, information is given consistently throughout the introduction as opposed to a traditional introduction for a thematic form of essay.
